transmitting gold light to the future

Everyday we step out into the unknown. Sure we may have a general idea what may lay ahead and certainly what we would like to happen. Yet no one has any guarantees and most people experience surprises here and there; some pleasant, others not so much. We can, however, shift what we imagine as positive possible experiences into a higher probability of occurring through transmitting Gold Light into our future.
In the processes below, I have described two scenarios for doing that. The first is for sending Gold Light in a more general way to the days or weeks ahead. The second is for transmitting Gold Light to specific future events. These processes can be used individually or in conjunction with each other.
PROCESS A: TRANSMITTING GOLD LIGHT TO YOUR IMMEDIATE FUTURE
This process works best when you have some version of a calendar as a reference point for your transmission. In fact, if you tend to be more kinesthetic, that is use your feeling senses, more than visual, you may want to have a printed version of a calendar for at least the week ahead.
Set your intention as to the specific days to send Gold Light. For example, if you know that the first three days of your work week area probably going to be more challenging in some way, use that time frame. Or, if you are going to be traveling say, and would like the trip to go smoothly, set your intention for that time period.
With the days clearly in your mind, imagine that you are connected to an unlimited supply of beautiful Gold Light. This Gold is flowing into your feet and up into your legs. Quickly and easily, it flows into your torso, chest and spills down your arms and out your hands. Sense or see this Gold Light go into the days you wish to fill with Gold Light. However you imagine that occurring is fine.
Some people like to visualize each day in a calendar filling up with Gold Light as if it were a container. When one day is full, they go onto the next. Other people like to send Gold Light to several days or a whole week at a time. Play with this process until you find a way of transmitting Gold Light to your immediate future that feels comfortable and fun for you.
PROCESS B: TRANSMITTING GOLD LIGHT TO FUTURE EVENTS
Step One: Describe the Future Situation
First, write out a brief description of the future event to which you want to transmit gold light. Include the main people involved, where it will occur, and most importantly, your current feelings about the event.
To help you get in touch with your feelings about this situation, I've included the following questions you might want to ask yourself:
Are you nervous about the whole thing or are you confident about one part but not another? Do you feel pressured into doing something you don't really want to do? Is there going to be someone present that is making you extra anxious because you especially don't want to fail in front of them?
Once you feel your description is complete, you are ready for the next step.
Step Two: Describe The Best Possible Outcome
In this next step, I encourage you to write out the best possible outcome that you can imagine right now. As with the first step, the most important aspect is to describe how you want to feel going through the event as well as afterwards.
If you are nervous about any part of the situation, perhaps you want to write that you will feel calm and confident throughout. Or maybe the situation shifts to where there is less pressure on you and other people are called upon to contribute as well. You may even want to state who you want present at this event as "these people only."
After the event, perhaps you want to feel a sense of relief as well as victory in having sailed through this situation with aplomb and grace. Include any physical results you would like to experience as well, such as a new job, people applauding and congratulating you, a really good grade on a test, or your colleagues opening supporting your ideas at the conclusion of a meeting.
Step Three: State Why You Want This Outcome
For this next step, provide three to five reasons why you want the particular outcome you have outlined in the previous step. Doing so, gives your imagined outcome an extra boost of power that it would not have otherwise.
Positive emotions are always beneficial, for our own well-being as well as those around us. Being successful in any venture also benefits those we love and care about. So you may want to include these reasons as to why you want your imagined result.
Step Four: Transmit Gold Light
Now you are ready to transmit Gold Light to this future event. To begin this step, I highly recommend reading over what you have written first, paying particular attention to your best possible outcome and why you want it. Notice as you read these words, your own energy begins to lift and your feelings become more positive.
Next, either fold the paper containing what you have written so that it fits in-between your hands or visualize this future event as though it were right out in front of you. Either way will work but some people feel more confident visualizing and others have a more powerful experience using their kinesthetic or feeling senses. If you prefer visualizing, see an image of the event as complete, with your best possible outcome as having unfolded perfectly.
Now imagine that you are connected to an inexhaustible supply of beautiful, Gold Light that is flowing into your feet and up your legs. Feel this healing, transformative energy as it moves up into your torso, chest, shoulders, neck and head. Then sense this energy move down through your arms and hands.
If you have your paper between your hands, transmit Gold Light to this paper. If you have imagined your future event in front of you, see or sense the Gold Light flowing from your hands to your best possible outcome. Keep transmitting until you have a sense of completion, that the energy work is done.
Followup
Depending upon how far out in the future this event is and how important it is to you, you may want to repeat the last step several times before the situation occurs. Or, if you become anxious about the event, consider repeating the transmission step perhaps several times during a day, if possible. Use your intuition (or anxiety levels!) to guide you.
