material manifestation

The Name of the Game is Co-Creation
Sometimes it is really difficult to remember that everything we bring into our lives is really a process of co-creation with the greater forces of the Universe. Yes, physical effort can certainly earn the money to purchase what we want. When we gracefully and humbly acknowledge our physical limitations, however, we open ourselves up to a power that can line everything up so perfectly we happen to be in the right place at the right time, for example, to get that furniture we have been wanting at bargain basement prices.
I have found the following process works best when I concentrate on one material manifestation at a time. For that reason, I may take a few moments before starting, to tune into what is the most important thing for me to manifest in my life right now.
Step One--Write a Description of What You Want
We all tend to believe more strongly in something as true if it is written as though it were. For this reason, I always start this process by writing a description of what I want. This step not only helps solidify for me what it is I really want, but it also helps me feel what I desire is possible.
For example, say I want more money. Well, how much money? Establishing a dollar amount takes my request out of the territory of being vague and nebulous to that of something I know I have attained when I get it.
I also do my best not to just write down something I truly want that, at the moment, is slightly outside of current reality. In the money example, I write out an amount of money that would feel really good to receive but is also an amount that I believe I can have.
Once I have this amount of money, I ask for something slightly more, then slightly more, and so on. Incremental changes are usually much easier to incorporate and integrate into our reality. We are also more likely to have a high level of expectancy in receiving them. The higher the intensity of our belief and expectancy the greater the magnetism generated in drawing what we want right to us.
Step Two--Write Down Why You Want This As Though You Already Had It
I find this step to be full of fun surprises every time I do it. Understanding why I want something frequently provides me with a deeper, richer understanding of the spiritual benefits in having what I want. In the case of wanting more money, I would for example, feel gratitude, and joy. These good feelings have a positive impact not just on me but everyone close to me.
Generally, I write at least four to five reasons why I want this material manifestation, making sure to write these reasons as though I already had this manifestation in my life. In the more money example, I might write: "I feel such wonderful gratitude and joy having this money in my life that I automatically uplift the vibrations of everyone who comes into contact with me."
Step Three--Write Down Reasons You Can Have What You Want
For this step, I start with what I really believe to be true. In the example of wanting more money, I might write down I can have what I want because I am so much better now in my management of money. I might also write that I am more open to money coming to me in different ways than I used to be.
I try to come up with at least five reasons I can have what I want. I find that once I write down the first two, the others seem to flow out easily just from pointing my thinking in that direction. By the time I get to the 5th reason, I find that my belief and expectancy that I can, indeed, have what I want has significantly increased.
Step Four--Gold Bubble
To prepare for this step I generally read over what I have written, thus bringing up any resistance I may have consciously or unconsciously to having this desire in my life. Then I sit in a comfortable chair, close my eyes and take several deep breaths. In this way, I relax my body and quiet my mind.
When I sense that my awareness shift from the outer world to my inner world of peace and tranquility, I imagine that all around me is a gold bubble. This gold bubble completely encases the energy surrounding my body (often called the aura), including below my feet, above my head, front, back, and both sides of me.
This golden bubble is full of beautiful healing, uplifting energy that I mentally ask to please transform the vibrational patterns resisting or blocking what I want into those that will assist me instead. I may be conscious of what those are but not necessarily, nor is it necessary that I do know in order for them to transform.
When I sense that as much as can be transformed right now has done so, I am ready for the next step.
Step Five--Bringing Your Desire Into Your Heart
For this step, I bring my awareness and attention around the area of my heart center. To help me focus on this area, I sometimes pretend that I can look up from my heart center and see the top of my head. This visual helps me validate that my awareness is where I want it to be.
From the vantage point of my heart area, I look out to the space in front of my body and pretend I see an image of myself that reflects the feelings I will have when I receive it. Sometimes the image is more representative of a vibration I will attain, that I see myself surrounded in bright Light of a particular color. I know I have the perfect image when I feel happy and eager on gazing at it.
While gazing at this visual, I think about how much I will love to have what I have asked for in my life. I let that feeling of love build for about a minute and then send it out to the image.
Next I imagine a wave of gold energy flowing from my heart center out to the image, attaching to it (for me, it usually attaches at the bottom of the image but really, it can attach anywhere). Then I visualize the wave contracting onto itself, thus bringing the image into my heart area. Once the image is in my heart area, I spend a minute or two enjoying the wonderful feelings.
Following that experience, I ask my heart if it has any guidance for me on how I might go about increasing my magnetism to what I want into my physical reality. If I am having difficulty really believing and expecting this desire to appear as a manifestation, then I ask for guidance on how I might address that challenge. Sometimes, the first bit of information may be too general for me to act upon with certain, so I keep asking until I feel that "Aha!" moment of clarity.
When this step feels complete, I open my eyes and take a few minutes to come back to normal awareness by stretching and drinking some water.
Followup Work
I find that it usually a good idea to write down any insights I received from doing this process. Often more information comes to me as I sit down to write.
Depending on what I have requested, I may intuitively know I need to repeat the last two steps several times before my energy has shifted enough for me to allow this manifestation. At the very least, I usually read my paper on a daily basis for a period of several weeks, either before I go to sleep or when I first wake up.
A sure sign that my request is on its way is when I experience changes in my feelings when I think about it. If I feel greater certainty that it will happen or a sense that it is already present in my life, then I know what I want is right around the corner.
Tips
I know from personal experience that one of the key aspects to manifesting what I want as quickly and smoothly as possible is to let go of any attachments to having what I want coming to me in a specific form or in a certain way. To do otherwise limits the number of ways that what I want to come to me, thus delaying its arrival or preventing it from manifesting altogether.
For example, if I am holding onto the idea that the only way more money can come to me is through working more or harder, then that limitation may actually blocking it from coming to me since, for the most part, I simply physically cannot do that.
So whenever I am experiencing difficulty letting go and trusting, I use a gold bubble to help me detach. Then I drop down into my heart and ask it for help in staying focused instead on the feelings I know I will have receiving what I want.
